A Universal Flood
Scientific questions
and answers
A number of scientists today doubt the existence of a universal flood that, according
to the preserved literary references, took place about 2,500 years before
Christ and was the biggest natural disaster in history. The main reasons
why so many scientists question this historical event include the fear
of the destruction of evolutionary continuity of the fossil record in the
geological column. In his second lecture, Professor Veith will compare
the impacts of the present-day local disasters with possible impacts of
the global catastrophe described in the biblical account of the flood.
In the course of the lecture, the process of coalification of wood, formation
of oil, location of its deposits and their connection to the universal
flood will also be analyzed.
